Cancellation Policy
1. Late/Missed appointments. Every client automatically get a 15 minute grace period. A no call no show is considered a cancelled appointment; without proper notification. This will result in lost of your deposit.
2. 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling can be done on the booking site. Late cancellation is considered a no call no show. Which will result in Full Service fee charged to the debit/credit card on file.
All Microlink appointments require $150 Deposit (no exceptions)
All other appointments require $50 deposit that will goes towards your service.
